Shipping
Orders placed before 3 pm on a business day leave the warehouse the same day. Orders placed over the weekend ship on Monday. Shipping is free on orders of $79.00 and above; below that a flat $6.90 applies.
- New Mexico: 1 business day
- Neighbouring states: 1-2 business days
- Rest of the country: 2-4 business days
- Tracking is emailed and texted at dispatch
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything. Food has its own rule: if you are trying a formula for the first time and your pet refuses to eat it, we take the bag back even after it has been opened. That applies once per product.
- 1 Open a return through the contact form with your order number.
- 2 We email a prepaid label the same day — return shipping is on us.
- 3 Refunds are issued within 3 business days of the parcel arriving.

Damaged parcels
If a box arrives crushed or torn, photograph it before opening and send us the picture. A replacement ships the same day and we do not ask for the damaged item back.
