This policy explains what personal information HappyPawPro collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do with it. HappyPawPro is operated by Kreatif Technology LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. Questions go to support@happypawpro.com.
What we collect
- Order details — name, email address, phone number, delivery address and any note you add at checkout.
- Order contents — the products, quantities and amounts in your order, and its payment status.
- Messages — whatever you write in our contact form, plus the name and email you send it with.
- Newsletter — your email address, only if you sign up.
- Technical data — a session cookie that keeps your cart, and standard server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser user agent).
We do not collect or store card numbers. Card payments run on Stripe's own hosted page; your card details go to Stripe, never to our servers.
Why we use it
- To take payment, pack your order and get it delivered.
- To send order confirmations, shipping notifications and answers to your questions.
- To handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
- To keep the site working and secure, and to spot abuse or fraud.
- To send the newsletter, if you asked for it. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that make an order happen, and only with what they need:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Stripe receives your name, email, order amount and card details, and acts as an independent controller of that data under its own privacy policy.
- Shipping carriers — name, delivery address and phone number, so the parcel can be handed over.
- Our hosting provider — the server that runs this site and stores order records.
- Authorities — only where the law requires it, and only what the law requires.
Cookies
We use one cookie, hpp.sid. It holds a random session identifier so your cart survives between pages, expires after 14 days, and is marked HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. It carries no personal data and is not used for advertising. We run no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels and no cross-site trackers. Stripe may set its own cookies on its payment page, which is governed by Stripe's policy.
How long we keep it
- Order records: seven years, because tax and accounting rules require it.
- Contact form messages: two years after the conversation ends.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Server logs: 30 days.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you these rights explicitly, along with the right to receive your data in a portable format and to complain to your data protection authority. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know, delete and opt out of sale — and as stated above, we do not sell personal information.
Write to support@happypawpro.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so we do not hand your data to someone else. Deleting an order record before its legal retention period ends is not always possible; we will tell you if that is the case.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payment data never reaches us. Order records are stored on our server with access limited to the people who fulfil orders. No system is perfect — if a breach ever affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Children
This store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
International transfers
Our servers and our payment processor are in the United States. If you order from outside the US, your data is transferred there in order to fulfil your order.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your data will also be announced on the site.
